This complimentary call is a great time to ask any questions you have and see if we are a good match to work together.

You will be sent intake forms to complete via email. These must be completed before the first visit is scheduled. I will review your case and complete an initial report of findings.

During your first visit we will go over your health history and goals, initial report of findings, and lab recommendations. We will start with a treatment plan. 

Follow-up visits are typically scheduled every 2–4 weeks, frequent enough to address any issues or concerns, adjust your plan, and keep you accountable and motivated.
