Everyone knows that being active is an important way to stay healthy, but a big part of exercising is incorporating a recovery routine.

While exercising and playing sports is great for your health, it can also be taxing on the body. In order to limit potential injuries and improve performance, it's important to make sure that you are also implementing different recovery techniques such as rest day, prehab exercises, stretching, proper supplements and nutrition, sauna, compression therapy, and chiropractic.
Techniques
We utilize a variety of techniques to help with muscle soreness, injury prevention, and enhancing performance. This includes addressing muscular imbalances that may be contributing to improper biomechanics and compensations.
We will implement adjustments, soft tissue work, kinesiology taping, and re-education exercises, as needed.
