Our Chiropractic Techniques
We utilize a variety of techniques to make sure you are comfortable and that each person receives care that is best for them and their body.

Chiropractic Adjustments
The bread and butter of our treatments are the chiropractic adjustments. We evaluate the spine and extremities (shoulders, hips, wrists, ankles, etc.) for areas of restrictions and neuromuscular tension. Adjustments help to improve communication of the nervous system, increase range of motion, decrease pain and joint dysfunctions, improve posture, among other benefits.

We utilize a variety of adjusting techniques such as diversified (manual), drop tables, activator, sustained contact, Webster, and flexion-distraction. We can work together to find an adjusting style that works best for you!
Cupping & Graston
Cupping and Graston are soft tissue techniques that help to address muscle restrictions. These tools help to break up scar tissue (aka "knots"), release stored toxins, improve fluid movement and reduce swelling, increase range of motion, decrease pain and recovery time, among other benefits.

We have found that utilizing these tools with adjustments helps people recover quicker, hold their adjustments longer, and save more money in the long run.

Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping is a flexible tape that can be used to help decrease swelling and improve circulation, supports the surrounding joints and tissues, and decreases inflammation and pain.

We commonly tape along the spine, shoulders, wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles as needed to assist our other treatments.
