Our Chiropractic Techniques
We utilize a variety of techniques to make sure you are comfortable and that each person receives care that is best for them and their body.

Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments are the foundation of our care. We evaluate the spine and extremities—including shoulders, hips, wrists, and ankles—for restrictions and neuromuscular tension. Adjustments help improve nervous system communication, increase range of motion, reduce pain, improve posture, and restore joint function.

We use a variety of techniques:
-
Diversified (manual)
-
Drop table
-
Activator (tool adjustment)
-
sustained contact
-
Webster (pregnancy)
-
Flexion-distraction.
Together, we’ll find the style that works best for you. We never pressure anyone into any treatments that they don't like or don't feel comfortable with.
Cupping & Graston
Cupping and Graston are soft tissue techniques that target muscle restrictions. They help release tension, improve circulation, reduce swelling, increase range of motion, and decrease pain and recovery time.

When combined with chiropractic adjustments, these techniques help patients recover faster, maintain their results longer, and save money over time.

Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping is a flexible tape that supports joints and tissues, reduces swelling and inflammation, improves circulation, and helps decrease pain.

We commonly apply tape along the spine, shoulders, wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles to complement chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue treatments.
