  1. Relief & Reorganization If you are in pain when you first come in for care, our first priority is to get you out of pain. Depending on the severity, mode of injury, and how long you've had the symptoms, treatment during this phase is often 3-5 times per week for 2-12 weeks. Our goal is to reduce pain and inflammation, release stored stress, and create new, healthy patterns in the nervous system.

  2. Restoration & Neuroplasticity During this phase of care, the surrounding tissues start to heal, muscles get stronger, and the nervous system is starting to hold these new patterns rather then revert back into old patterns. This phase usually lasts 6-12 weeks, depending on how well your nervous system is balancing. During this phase, treatments tend to be at 1-3 times per week.

  3. Wellness Care The surrounding tissues have healed, normal function in activities is restored, and the nervous system is well balanced and able to adapt to life stressors. Our goal during this phase is to maintain the results that you worked so hard for. During this phase, most people come in for maintenance adjustments weekly or biweekly. We offer affordable monthly memberships to keep you on track, prevent re-injury, and maintain healthy nervous system patterns and adaptability.
